Fernando Jorge Lima de Moraes, often referred to simply as Fernando or Nando, is a retired midfielder who played with South Melbourne from 2005-2013.

The Brazilian-born De Moraes was the most popular player at South Melbourne during the club's first decade in the Victorian Premier League, both for his skill and loyalty to the club.[1]

Fernando was also an accomplished futsal player, having played futsal professionally in Brazil.[2] After becoming a naturalised Australian, he represented his adopted country in futsal from 2008 onwards,[3] including being part of the Futsalroos' 2012 World Cup squad.[4]
