Summary[]
The 2010 season was - to put it mildly - full of incident, and much of what happened in 2010 left its mark on the club for years to come
The club moved out of Lakeside Stadium for a year and a half, as the wreckers moved in to remodel the ground to install an athletics track and a new stand.
Starved of access to the Australian top-flight, the club embarked on an overseas sojourn - participating in the Singapore Cup.
The club also saw its fans engage in a pitch invasion, which led to court cases, acrimony between the board and some supporters, point deductions, and the departure of Vaughan Coveny as coach.
